Meet Our Therapists

In this space, you can be YOU.

In our sessions, we will ride the line between spirituality and psychology.

You will learn to be comfortable with discomfort, and I will help you connect with yourself more deeply. We will uncover your patterns, learn how to implement boundaries, and develop a relationship with yourself.

We start building a relationship based on trust and authenticity from the very beginning. I strive to create a place where you can be yourself – a place that feels safe to face the things you avoid.

Experience transformation as you gain a new perspective.

Together, we will help you develop a witness of your life and experiences. As we work together, you will gain the ability to connect with the present moment and calm your nervous system. You will learn to accept things as they are instead of the way you might want them to be.

I will teach you how to regulate your emotions and process past trauma, allowing you to stop ruminating, learn to trust your body, and regain your intuition.

We rebuild the way you see yourself, others, and the world. I have seen this transformation in my clients and want you to experience life’s true joy.

Healing is part of the process.

You will regain a connection to your body as you heal from past pain.

My clients experience amazement at the power of their newly found authenticity. A connection with yourself means you no longer must feel anxiety and depression when life presents problems.

You will learn to differentiate between the emotions of the past and information about the present.

There is no shortcut to healing. We will go deep into your past so that you can embrace your best present.

Nicholas Fry, MSW, LCSW

AdminTreating trauma is personal to me.

For over a decade, I have helped clients heal from trauma. I know what it’s like to struggle and have faced trauma from childhood and a combat tour. These experiences inspired me to help others through the difficulty and frustration of finding someone who truly understood my struggles and a way forward.

Most people approach trauma by treating the symptoms. They asked about my thoughts, pushed medication, and could never get to the root of my suffering. I knew deep down there had to be a better way.

As a result of my struggles, I know how to help you because I have walked many paths toward wholeness. I have reached dead-ends, experienced setbacks, and discovered that all the answers are already inside us.

I want to be the person who helps you find this kind of serenity. My passion and highest purpose is to help others heal and become more conscious.

Img 3982My experiences started in the military.

I have spent a decade in government service helping wounded warriors and military families. During this time, I received my graduate degree from Arizona State University.

In 2018, I began helping combat veterans and gold star families heal from the traumas of war. I have learned from the best minds in the field and have studied under and been influenced by the leading experts on trauma.

I understand trauma and how to heal from it at both an emotional and intellectual level.

My life is full of joy.

When I am not helping clients heal, I am chasing around my children and spending time in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. I love the outdoors and taking advantage of all this state offers.

About EstherI’m here to offer you a safe place to land.

I’m a military spouse, mom of three (including a child on the autism spectrum), and a counselor who understands how messy, overwhelming, and isolating life can feel. My approach is holistic and solution-focused. In our work together, we’ll uncover the patterns that keep you stuck, heal the pain that weighs you down, and help you build the boundaries and tools you need to move forward.

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space for everyone. I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences, and strive to create an environment where you can show up as your full self and feel truly seen and understood.

Taking care of your mental health shouldn’t feel like another heavy task on your list. Let’s make it a place where you can breathe, reset, and start feeling like yourself again.

Outside the office…

I’m passionate about reading and expanding my knowledge of all things related to mental health. I love cooking, spending time with my family, and find peace near the ocean or any water. It’s the Pisces in me! Soccer has also become a new passion for us – my kids love the sport, and we travel often for games, which has turned into a fun way for our family to explore new places together.

About EstherI’m so glad you’re here.

As a mom of two and one with a disability, I understand how unpredictable life can be. In a moment, everything can shift, and you find yourself trying to make sense of it all while keeping things together for everyone else. Maybe you’ve found yourself feeling stretched thin, exhausted, or wondering when things will start to feel easier. You might be trying to stay strong for everyone else while quietly struggling to keep your own head above water.

I know what it’s like to carry so much and still feel like it’s never enough. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space where you can finally exhale. A place to slow down, process, and begin to heal. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find new ways forward that bring more peace and clarity.

Whether you’re navigating parenting stress, grief, life transitions, abuse, sexual trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, our work together will focus on helping you reconnect to what matters most and build a life that feels more grounded and whole.

Outside the office…

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my little family, hiking, playing my piano, and reading a good book.

About Esther

Taking the first step can feel uncomfortable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. But you don’t have to do it alone. I’m glad you’re here.

I’m an Army veteran, husband, and dad of three, with one more on the way. I served in the Army for seven years, including a deployment to Afghanistan. I firsthand understand the stress, pressure, and experiences that life throws at us. New chapters, carrying things you don’t always talk about, feeling on edge, or simply not feeling like yourself anymore. You don’t have to do it alone. I come into therapy to keep things real, no fluff, no judgment.

Outside of therapy, you’ll find me outdoors hunting, fishing, snowboarding, playing pickleball, playing video games, and training brazilian jiu jitsu. Most of all, I love spending time with my wife and kids. That balance helps keep me grounded, and I bring that same steady, down-to-earth approach into the work I do with clients.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, anger, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and build practical tools you can actually use day-to-day. My goal isn’t just to listen, it’s to help you move forward in a way that feels real and doable.

Reach out, you’ve carried enough on your own. Schedule your first session today.

About Esther

Real support for real life. You don’t have to do it alone.

As a former combat pilot turned therapist, I bring a rare combination of grit, warmth, and lived experience to this work. My years in the U.S. Air Force and as a military spouse gave me a firsthand understanding of what it means to navigate high-pressure environments, constant change, and the quiet weight that builds when there’s no space to process any of it.

That experience shaped a core belief I carry into every session: even in the middle of chaos, growth is possible.

I care deeply about helping people make sense of what they’ve been through and find their footing again. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next, we can work together toward something that feels both meaningful and manageable.

You’ve already done hard things. Reaching out is just the next one. Let’s talk.
